Herb + Chili Oil Cauliflower
Ingredients:
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon herb Provence (marjoram, thyme, oregano, rosemary)
1/2 teaspoon cayenne (optional)
2 tablespoons chili oil
2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
1 head of cauliflower
1 whole bunch of collard greens
Directions:
Pre heat oven to 375
Lightly coat a 9x9 baking dish with olive oil and then lay the collard greens across the bottom
Place cauliflower head on top of the collard greens and evenly coat with all seasonings and extra virgin olive oil. Once both sides are covered, lay flowered side down
Before placing into the oven, drizzle the cauliflower with chili oil
Bake uncovered for 30-45 minutes or until tender and charred. You can also chop the cauliflower up before baking for quicker results, or chop after fully cooked. Add salt/pepper to taste
