Pico de Gallo
There is no right or wrong when making fresh pico. I like to mix an even amount of each ingredient together, give or take the jalepeno, depending on how spicy it is. Even if you don't have lemon or lime juice it will still taste great over tacos, eggs, you name it.
Ingredients
1/2 cup chopped tomato
1/2 cup chopped fresh jalapeno
1/4 cup chopped cilantro
1/2 cup chopped red onion
splash of lime juice
pinch of chopped fresh garlic
salt/pepper to taste
